- The maximum allowed capacity for the camp has been reached, and registration is closed.
- Please click here to fill out the waiting list form if you would like to add your family to the waiting list if there are any cancellations.
- The waiting list is maintained on a first-come, first-serve basis. Families on the waiting list will be given the first chance to register on canceled spots in the order we received the request.
- Registration is not transferable. Registered participants are not allowed to transfer their registration to anyone. Families who registered will only be allowed to the camp.
- We request registered participants not to assume their cancellation will go to their designated friends and families. Open slots will only be given based on the waiting list.
- Families who would like to cancel their registration, please forward your receipt with the cancellation request to financedept1@iec-houston.org
- The refund will be issued in case of cancellation, but the processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
