IEC does not endorse or patronize any vendor and any products or services offered by the participating vendors. It is the members’ responsibility to do their due diligence to verify any claims made by the vendors as to the validity of the products being ‘Halal’ or ‘Zabiha’ as per Islamic Rules and Regulations or any other concerns. By Participating in the Vendor Discount Program, members agree to indemnify and hold IEC harmless for any losses including reasonable attorneys’ fee arising from the vendor’s wrongful acts or omissions in connection with its acts or omissions pursuant to the Vendor Discount Program.
